Completion of the BICUP course is required for BIC license renewal.


ETHICS IN REAL ESTATE: A GUIDE FOR AGENTS #1928

Through engaging movie clips, the course covers essential topics like negotiation, ethics, and property transactions, offering valuable insights for real estate professionals in a fun and memorable way while satisfying your CE requirements.


FAIR HOUSING INCLUDING ASSISTANCE ANIMALS #1855

"Fair Housing Including Assistance Animals" is a 4-hour course that covers key fair housing laws and regulations, focusing on the rights and responsibilities related to assistance animals. The course provides real estate professionals with essential knowledge on preventing discrimination, handling requests for accommodations, and understanding the legal requirements surrounding assistance animals in housing. This course satisfies 4 hours of the required 8-hour elective for continuing education.

*Please note: A $10 reporting fee applies in addition to the class fee. This fee must be selected and will be added at checkout. It is paid directly to NCREC for submitting your CE credit for NCREC Approved CE Courses.

Renewal Date: 6/30 every year

Continuing Education Deadline: 6/10 every year

Hours Required: 8 hours

  • 4 hours – General Update hours

  • 4 hours – Elective hours (Any course of your choice that is NCREC Approved. All of our courses are NCREC Approved)

The deadline for completing CE each license year is June 10th. No courses will be offered between June 11th and June 30th.
