SOUTH CAROLINA CE COURSES
Join us via self-paced and/or Zoom to complete both your Mandatory 4hour class and your elective requirements for your SC license. Complete your 10hrs with Zoom & Self-Paced.

GENERAL BROKER CE (GENUP)
GENUP is the mandatory 4hr update course for all brokers who do not hold a BIC or BIC eligible license. This class must be completed by June 10 to maintain an active license

BROKER IN CHARGE CE (BICUP)
If you are a managing BIC or hold a BIC eligible license, then this is the required 4hr update course to keep your license in active status. This class must be completed by June 10 to maintain an active license

ELECTIVE CE: ETHICS
Knock out your Ethics training and satisfy NC required 4hrs of Elective CE all at one time. If you need Ethics for NAR, make sure to get class approval from your local association.

ELECTIVE CE: FAIR HOUSING
Brokers are required to complete (4) hr of an elective continuing education course by June 10 each year. We offer live via zoom and self-paced classes.

BICUP & ETHICS ELECTIVE ALL-IN-ONE DAY
Knock out the required NC 8hr of CE in one day. The morning session will be the 4hr BICUP. There will be a one hour lunch and the afternoon section will be the 4hr Ethics elective.

POST LICENSING
Required 30 hr provisional broker classes to ensure your license does not become inactive. You have 18 months from the time you receive your license to complete the 3 Post licensing courses. The course is offered via Zoom & self paced.

PRE LICENSING
This course is Self-Paced in partnership with The CE Shop. Complete the course work at a time that works for you while still having the support required to succeed. This course is NCREC approved.
